Default Throttle Position Sensor

It started over a year ago when the idle and shifting started acting up. When I went to replace the sensor it was covered in a dark brown oily consistency fluid. I assumed that fluid caused the sensor to malfunction. I replaced the sensor and it went back to normal. I checked about 6 months ago and the same fluid was in there, everything was working fine, just wanted to relook it. I cleaned it all up and just looked the other day and the same **** was in there. Would the hell could it be? It doesn't have a gas smell.

Can you post a picture? It could be electrical tape residue, you could have a leak from your pcv system that's squirting oil on it, numerous things that it could be. A picture would decently help.

Only thing it can be is oil. No other fluids pass through the tb there.

It's probably coming from the PCV valve. Most guys change it to a fixed Prague one and put in a catch can.
