Default Throttle Cable Slack

I tried the search and was hoping someone could give me an explanation on how to tighten it down if needed...if anyone can help me I need it as simple as possible descriptive wise .

There are two adjusting points. One is in the cable from the throttle to the cruise and then another from the cruise control to the tb. Follow the cable and there will be this big thing in the middle of the line like wtf is that for. It has a part of it that pops out and then you can move it to tighten it up. There is one in each of the cables. It's pretty easy to figure it out when you locate it, hope this helps.
I think it might be a little different on a TA but basically just follow the cable until you find something that is a big hunk of plastic around the line.
