Default any benefits to the ASP Alt Pulley?

Are there any benefits to the ASP ALT pulley. I might have access to one and would like opinions.........

I already have the crank pulley. I am also running a 1.0 Fared capacitor for the stereo.

I drive my car daily...

Thanks
Eric

Oh, it would not be for tonight...just a general question since I have access to one for free. I know I will have to change the belt size and all..Just needed to know if it was worth it at all.
