Default Help with consistent miss

Just fired my turbo 6.0 swap and #5 and #7 cylinders show to be completely cold on my heat gun. Not to mention that it sounds like I have a huge cam (still running the stock one). I've swapped coils, injectors, plugs, wires with all the same results. Compression seems to be fine. Getting spark. Rockers and springs look fine, seem to be moving like they should. Fuel pressure is good. Wiring harness is brand new. All grounds are connected and tight. What am I missing?? Could a bad cam sensor cause two cylinders to miss consistently??

Thanks!
