I have an end of run 02' ls1 with a factory ls6 intake. car has tx spd 1 7/8" Lt's w/3" catted Y. (no muff) I'm installing a tx Spd 233/239 cam and want to upgrade the TB. Thinking the NW 92 is my best option. Will it fit the ls6 intake? is a lot of porting required of the intake?

Doubt you can open up a 75mm hole to 92mm. Do a search for LS1 to LS2 throttle body adapter. They make a few adapters to allow 4 bolt throttle bodies to mount in 3 bolt manifolds.

Just port the stock TB, and put that NW 92 money towards a set of 4.11 rear gears.

I wasn't sure if the ls6 was 75mm as well. I already put 3.90's in it last summer with line lock.

Have you got the TA off the transmission tail housing yet...?

No, thats stock. Just upgraded control arms and panhard bar in the rear.
