Default Throttle body cable

Does anyone know if this yellow piece is sold separately or is it part of the throttle body cable? I have googled it, and can't find a part or name for the yellow piece. And some of the throttle body cables I've seen it doesn't seem like it's on it. Or maybe it's a different color and i can't tell. As you can see mine is broken. It's been like that since I bought the car a couple years ago and has never been a problem till today when it slid up and out on the freeway. Luckily I was already cruising so I was able to make it home just fine but it softened the hell out of the pedal. Would I be ok super glueing the yellow piece to the bracket and call it good? Cable is fine except for that.

It's part of the cable assembly. Our friends at Improved Racing show the cable and the plastic thingie is on it-but it looks white.
