Default Keeping flex plate bolts tight

I have a 99 with an automatic. Just pulled the engine and found out what my rattle was. All the flex plate bolts have come loose. They were barely hand tight. Keep in mind this is all factory and the first time this motor has been out with only 60k on the clock.

I'm looking for options on keeping these tight. I'd rather not use loctite and have a fight on my hands if I ever need to take this thing back apart. Is there anyone using safety wire or another alternative? If so where could I find the bolts to make it work. Thanks in advance

Try the blue loctite instead if the red. Use a torque wrench

New GM bolts, they have what ever thread sealant/locking compound GM used when new. And yes use a torque wrench, there is no reason not to own one you can buy one for $10 at Harbor Freight.
