FAST 4150 Throttle Body Question

FAST 4150 Throttle Body Question So I'm planning on running a FAST 4150 Throttle body, and I see alot of people running return springs. I see there is a spring on the arm of the throttle body, is this spring just not strong enough to close the butterflys when coming off of WOT, or is there another reason for running a return spring?
