Default header install

Ok, i just got cam and headers install in my car. I happy except for 2 things. 1st my car is making a "tin-y" noice coming thru the ORY. The 2nd is the fact that the driverside of the ORY is about 1.5 inches from the ground. Are these things normal? Mufflex says they can make me something but im just a little pissed that i spent money on another ORY and i can't go anywhere now let alone if i lower it. Other then that just a few small things to workout. BTW car made 385.4 rwhp and 363 rwtq with a paper filter, slp d/d and stock tb

I don't know about 1.5" of clearance but it's not going to be very good.......what size/brand Y-pipe/header?

We're going to need more info. First, what kind of headers? Second, when does it make the tin - y noise?

1.5" off the ground is NOT normal. Mine is ticked in very closely to the chassis of the car. Go to an exhaust shop and have them fix that. 1.5" is NOT acceptable ground clearance.

the size is 3". the headers are grotyhan style (dont want to mention name of shop yet) and im not sure what brand the y is, but it looks like the cut and welded on the driver side for some reason. It sounds tinny underload, almost like there is a leak or something..I may just bring it down to mufflex and let them put in a oval one.
