Default Which Pigtail for A/F Gauge?

http://www.lmperformance.com/c/12/1.html
Options are:
Air/Fuel Pigtail Tap GM FLAT 4 Cavity Connector
or
Air/Fuel Pigtail Tap GM Square

Which one do I need? Installing an Autometer Carbon Fiber Series A/F gauge on a '99 Trans

Thanks!
