Default 1 7/8" headers (from mac mids)= cheap hp

Well, went back to dyno/tuner today for touch-up after SE 1 7/8" headers and 3" ORY install. Replaced the mac mids and mac ory with the SE's.
BIG difference...19rwhp! on the motor. (Yes, same dyno, with very similar DA, temp, dew point, etc.) Not to mention they like the juice better too!
The mac mid ball flange necked to 2 1/4" at collector and the SE's are 3".
As it is known "suck it in, blow it up, get it out".
Headed to track Sat. to see what she does now

The MAC's are decent headers but a collector upgrade on them is a must. I went to a 3" collector on my old set and picked up quite a bit of power and over a tenth in the 1/8th. I image you're should do the same or better with the new headers.

That is an awesome gain from just swapping headers.
