What do with EGR and AIR on header install

What do I do with the EGR and AIR after installing headers? What is the purpose of EGR block-off plate?

well if you bought headers with the air/egr provisions then you hook them up. if you didnt then you need to remove them. check the exhaust guide for the link on how to do that.
