Default Low Coolant Sensor keeps blowing off the Radiator

Does anyone know a Fix for this or has anyone ran into this trouble?

Are using the clip? Maybe it is deformed and you might need a new clip.

Cooling system is overpressurized somehow? All I can think of is a crack in a coolant passage or a blown headgasket.
