Default LQ9 2004 TAC troubles

I am turning a LQ9, out of a 2004 Escalade, into a turn key engine.

I am using same wiring harness but simplified and a Nelson Perf´s tunned ECU.

Engine starts, but do not accelerate.

When power, the Throttle Actuator make the regular noise when sligthly moves the butterfly, but when depress the pedal, it remains the same.

Engine did not came with the TAC, so I bought the 25173339 TAC. Was just plug it in.

After scan it, following codes was read.

TAC in powered, is grounded and battery is charged, so, any idea????

If your tac has the plastic mounting ears, it's for a 00-02 motor. Wrong tac.
You need the metal mounting ear tac for 03-05 motors 12588923

Btw. Can I use the 00-02 pedal and harness or do I need to buy the 03+ pedal?

I've never tried it, but both TAC and APPS changed between 02 and 03. And it's usually not good to try to mix TACs, pedals, ECUs.
