Default Problem with starting the engine after rebuilding heads

Hi,
I came across a weird issue:
just had heads redone, now trying to fire the car up, it shows up like this:
Name: 20150609257.jpg
Views: 49
Size: 180.1 KB
and it doesn't want to start although I can hear the starter working
When I connect a diagnosis tool, the gages show like this:
Name: 20150609258.jpg
Views: 45
Size: 194.6 KB
and the car start up normally.
No codes are thrown.
Any ideas?

Is there enough juice in the battery? Is the motor actually turning over?

did you put the grounds back on the back of the heads when you reinstalled them?

This is what I was thinking. There's 3 total

2 on one bolt, 1 on another

Don't combine all 3 to one single bolt

Yes, the battery is fine.

All three grounds were connected in a way they were before (2 to one bolt, 1 to another).
We'll recheck them.

Is there somewhere a diagram of pins on the ECM connector?
Somebody told me to check the voltage on the ECM as it may be causing the problem too.
