i just bought a 99 camaro stock except for long tube headers and slp exhaust the previous owner removed all o2 sensors and claims its got a base tune on it. it runs and drives good no black smoke or anything throws a cel check engine light for em but the reason he removed them is cause he didnt get the extenders. how bad will this effect the gas mileage? it doesnt seem that bad i just got the car i just wanna make it all good. will it be ok running with no o2s? its been fine so far. thank you

It's probably running on a Speed Density tune. I imagine it would be running like dog **** otherwise.

thats what i figured it has the maf and the map still egr delete when you give it gas its smooth
