Jason,
What kind of price are we looking at with shipping for that set-up? Will you have a set that fits Hooker LTs? I was going to have an exhaust shop do mine, but if your price is right...

I already bought the Dr. Gas x-junction, 3", 16 1/2" long Dynomax bullets and Bassani stainless steel ball and socket flanges, but I could consider selling the x and the mufflers if you are going to make a set up to fit my application. I have the 200-4R which uses the 6 speed crossmember and I have the Spohn torque arm. Have you made a system for these components or at least the torque arm? If so, could you please post pics? If not, do you plan on making one? Thanks.

Looks like a really nice set-up. I'm contemplating about buying it. How is the interior drone? Post up a sound clip of the set-up (I already heard the one in the other thread). It does sound kinda loud in that one, I'm hoping that it's maybe just the sound clip and it's not as loud as it seems so I can buy this kit.

Why do the other dynomax true duals look smaller than these?

The other Dynomax true duals look smaller because they are. We use the 18" bullets instead of the 12" bullets to help with sound and drone. The prototype system that we installed on an '01 WS6 with our 231/237 sounded AWESOME, and the drone was totally gone. FYI, it was running Hooker long tubes. The sound is reminiscent of a '60's big-block. It has the best sound I've heard on an LS1 car, especially with a nice cam installed. The interior drone is VERY minimal. I know that's hard to believe considering it turns down before the axle. We were all pleasantly surprised. It sounds GREAT, does not have any rasp, weighs only 35 pounds (20+ lbs. lighter than a full cat-back!), and flows incredibly well. We are finishing up the install this morning and will have the sound clips up today for sure. We will also be doing some testing on 10-second cars to see how well they perform with some nice horsepower. I want our customers to know that they're getting a proven system that will work well for their setup, even if they're well into the 10's.

An over-the-axle system has been discussed, and it is certainly a possibility down the road. If we do design an over-the-axle system, we will make it where the back half of the system will adapt to the current true-dual setup.

The true-duals that we have were originally built off of the Hooker headers. They will easily work with the Hooker and Jet Hot long tubes, and we will post up if any modifications were necessary to get them to adapt to the PaceSetters. As for stainless steel, we do not have any plans at this time. A stainless system would price itself out of the market, so I do not foresee that becoming an option anywhere in the near future.

We will keep everyone posted!

Per my conversation with Matt. ordered mine this a.m. got my shop lined out for the 18th...car show the 19th. I'll sell a few of these if you get it to me on time ...you may want to include some business cards in the shipment

looks to be a good product. I'll post what it soulds like on a 427 S1 cammed car.

How loud is this system for a LT, no cats, big cam car? What exhaust setup would you compare it to Loudmouth levels or something quieter?

That looks awesome.

Can I install it all myself or do I need to get the hangers welded to the under belly?

If not over the axle I would settle for some flanges that neck down to 2.5 pipes to go under the axle.
