Default Getting some squealing from front of engine..

If it's on thing it's another.. I just solved my smoking issue and installed the AMW catch can..

After my install of the catch can, I decided to take the car out for a drive..

Now I'm getting squealing from the front passenger side of the engine. It doesn't do it immediately. Took the car about 10 mins and then the squealing would start as the car is coming to a stop and the rpm's are falling.

The belt isn't frayed or anything. I don't know what it could be. It sounds like its coming from down near the ac..

Help..

Was it your upper or lower tensioner? How much did it cost from GM?

spend a little more money and go with the manual tensioner. Its worth it cause at high rpm my car would throw the belt, and that solved the problem .
