dropped 2 tenths and gained a mph with TSP lid
Well, this happened about 2 weeks ago, but I thought i'd post about it.
My bone stock best was 13.5 @ 106 with a 2.2 60'. I put the TSP lid on with a K&N filter, free ram air, cut egr tube, and tb coolant bypass. I then ran a 13.3 @ 107 on another 2.2 60'. Weather conditions were probably identical as well.
So if anyone is wondering which lid to buy, I'd reccomend the TSP. It's my 2nd one (I had a smoked TSP on my 01 Z28). The only thing I think could be better is the fitment, but I think this one probably fits better than others(brands) i've seen.
Next up is the GMMG

Sounds good buddy....Bone stock my 00 Formula m6 ran 13.5 @105 mph. Recently I did the FRA, installed a K&N and tsp lid and installed a pro 5.0. This week or possibly next week ( depending on wether I get my zo6 rims or not) I am going to order a catback. Hopefully I can pull some nice low 13's w/ this round of mods!

Glad it worked so well for you!! Did you install the black or carbon fiber version?

I went with the plain black one. I decided to go for a little more stealthier look under the hood
The smoked one I had on my Z28 looked pretty sweet too. I just didn't like how the plastic glue looked. I'm sure someone with a dremel could make it a lot cleaner though.
Like I said, I'm very happy with the product!
