GM MLS exhaust gaskets have always worked great for me.

Definitely the stock MLS gaskets. Most of the sponsors that sell exhaust parts sell them.

I just went through this. Depending on the header brand that will decide on the gaskets you can/should use.

Cheap headers with warped flanges will require thicker better head gaskets.

More expensive high quality headers with straight uniform flanges you can use Stock MLS or thinner gaskets.

I wouldn't use MLS gaskets on anything that doesnt have super thick flanges and perfectly straight or stock manifolds since they dont fill gaps very well. Dead soft aluminum seem to work well with warped flanges as well as Mr.gasket ultra seals. I personally just installed Mr.gasket ultra seals on my cheap AI LT SS headers as I was worried about the sealing and I got them for like $9 new lol.
