Iron 408 ls3 top end with stock ls1 water pump and accessories?

So I will be picking up my TMS 408 this friday and wanted to make sure the ls1 water pump clears the ls3 intake/tb setup and all other accessories will fit fine? Trying to make sure I won't run in to any other problems during install..

The only thing you'll have to do is drill and tap an alternator bracket bolt hole. Everything else will fit fine. Water pump doesn't come close to a stock ls3 intake.
