oil sandwich adapter with holley 302-1 oil pan? ordered a sandwich adapter that came with a 13/16" thread and it doesn't seem to be a good fit for the holley 302-1 retrofit oil pan. i can get it to thread if i use a ratchet/socket but it feels like it's crossthreading and takes too much muscle to get it in. only gave it a full turn before i stopped.
anyone know if the 302-1 thread for the oil filter is the same as the stock pan? the sandwich adapter i bought was for an ls1 motor.
