Default Cam Swap Drilled TB mod?

The Drill mod on the TB suggested with the Cam swap... Does it apply/needed witha ported throttle body?

Thanks

Many of the ported T/Bs I've seen leak enough air between the blade and body from the porting that they do the same as drilling the hole bigger.

Sorry if I'm reading into the question more than I should...

Do you get the same gains HP wise with the drill mod vs. ported TB's?

The drill mod is only to make a cammed car idle better by allowing additional air to pass by the butterfly than the IAC allows. It has nothing to do with HP.
