Need help replacing radiator fan 2k C5

Plastic bag killed the drivers side fan. Can anyone direct me to details on how to pull the fan bracket and a good source for replacement parts for the fan?

For replacement parts, contact SDPC >>-->

For the repair. I would check into a GM service manual. They are well worth the $$.
