Default My oil pressure gauge is stuck??

When I turn to engine off, the needle stays put. When I turn the engine on it operates normally. Is this something normal that I have never noticed, or is the needle supposed to drop to zero when the engine is turned off

I just checked my gauge: when you first turn the car off, the gauge will stay up for a little bit and then it slowly returns to zero. Is yours dropping at all, or is it stickinguntil the next time you turn the car on??

Thanks for checking. It doesn't drop a all, it stays put until the next time i turn my car on. I had a feeling this isn't normal, i'll take it to the dealer tomorrow. Definitely covered under warranty.
