Default Truck TB cam gear

I know that the truck throttle bodies open faster than ours. I drove my dad's Yukon the other day and it hardly takes any throttle to get that thing moving. It feels like it accelerates faster than my car at part throttle. So "in theory" would swapping a truck cam gear into our TBs make a stalled auto easier to drive?
