Default intake manifold question!!

Now i have seen this FAST intake manifold a few places now but whenever i talk to people about it they say they have never herd of it... i thought about buying it now is this a good intake manifold? or sux or is there a better one out there for the money? and this is an everyday driver as well 01 T/A

I wouldnt think it would have that much benifit over the LS6 intake you have if you plan to keep your car a daily driver and not go too radical with it, i'd wait for the ls7 intake manifold!

Yeah your LS6 intake will be fine until you get quite a few more mods on there.

It's a nice piece, I have one on the way. 78MM is all you need unless you get real serious with your engine. If you've got the cash get it otherwise an LS6 in the best buy right now as far as intakes go.

Well i was heavily thinking about the 427 stroker with a 90mm good or bad idea with the 427? but will it hurt to have the 90mm on the stock ls1?

The 90mm FAST/90mm TB combo will normally not hurt you (will help a lot in most cases) on a 427 application when tuned properly but it will likely be a bit much on a stock internal or even 'small cam only' 346.
