what is the difference between pacesetter RACE LT's and regular?

the race LTs don't have the AIR and EGR provisions.

my car doenst have that to begin with so i should buy the race ones?

Get the Race LTs if you don't plan on reinstalling the AIR and EGR in the future.

Agreed. Cleaner engine bay, less weight, less likelihood of the fittings breaking off etc.
