Default GRRR!!! My Jet-Hot coating is flaking off!

This pisses me off to no end. The coating on my headers is flaking off and the headers are rusting. My car is my summer car, and it does NOT get driven in bad weather. Rain yes, but snow and sleet, NEVER. Its parked from mid november until I can't stand it any longer in the spring. I don't understand why this is happening. I'm going to be replacing the headers, I have Hooker LT's on there now and I think I'm going to get a set of stainless ones. The thing that really pisses me off is my entire system behind my headers is fabricated and uncoated with anything and its completely rust free, save for some surface rust on the welds.

Actually it seems this is hit or miss. I've had my Jet Hots for over a year now. Driven through winter and no flaking whatsoever.
