Default True duals and CA

If I had a custom true dual setup with cats and exiting over the axel would this be street legal un CA? Can TSP kit be used with cats? Also do the diffrent lengths of sweet thunder mufflers affect sound at all? Sorry for all the random questions.

No, it won't be legal. Any relocation of stock cats is a violation. Will you probably pass? Maybe. Ask in the Western regional forum. They will definitely know the answer.

Pretty much any other exhaust other than stock is illegal. You can get cat-back w/o issues, but thats pretty much it. There are ways around it though
