Default Help with exhaust tubing

So I got the new torque arm installed and the i-pipe is basically caught between the brace and the chassis; so it's custom y-pipe time.

I've got 1.75" Grot headers, and will be using cats. So I figured I'd use 3" mandrel tubing from the headers to the y-collector. Unless there's a better option, I was going to order the Flowmaster y-collector which comes with the QTP systems, and then tack on the SLP D/D system.

Which size y-collector do I need for this? 3" in, but what size for the out to mate with the D/D?

In the mean time, what are the tricks to minimize the exhaust rattling against the chassis? I seem to recall people using heater hose

No pic, but it's caught just past my current y-collector, but before my cutout under the passenger side seat.
