Default catch can

want to make a catch can for the pcv and was thinking of useing the jaz catch can with the filter on top from jeg's . will this work or should it be sealed like the amw one ?

I've made several that worked OK, but man I honestly would hold off until you can swing the $$$ for the AMW unit. It's a quality piece that works very well.

It's just my opinion, but I've been there and done that. I'm glad I bought the real deal.

It needs to be sealed or you won't pull vaccuum from the crank like designed and you'll have unmetered air (behind MAF) going into your intake.
