gto vs fbody exhaust manifolds

gto vs fbody exhaust manifolds is there a big difference between the gto and fbody manifolds as far as flow? The gtos seem to be a bit more "header like". Ill be picking up one or the other here soon for my project.

Not sure if there are any long tubes that would fit your set-up.
I would say get 01-02 f-body manifolds, or maybe some shorty headers. As for the gto mani. not sure but the mani. on my 99 look more header like than the 01-02 but dont flow as well, from what I hear.

Shorty headers should be direct replacement for stock manifolds. If it were me I would go with a set of hooker shorty or 01-02 f-body manifolds. Thats just my .02
