Default gto vs fbody exhaust manifolds

is there a big difference between the gto and fbody manifolds as far as flow? The gtos seem to be a bit more "header like". Ill be picking up one or the other here soon for my project.

Not sure if there are any long tubes that would fit your set-up.

I would say get 01-02 f-body manifolds, or maybe some shorty headers. As for the gto mani. not sure but the mani. on my 99 look more header like than the 01-02 but dont flow as well, from what I hear.

its either custom built headers or stock manifolds for this project. I dont have the time to build the headers so im just going to stick with manifolds for now.

Shorty headers should be direct replacement for stock manifolds. If it were me I would go with a set of hooker shorty or 01-02 f-body manifolds. Thats just my .02
