Default Strange looking EGR pipe

Well I just purchased a 2000 Camaro SS blk, T-tops, 6-spd, Borla tuneable stainless exhaust, bigger valve heads and cam, Hurst shifter 12,000 miles for 12,000 bucks. I think I got a great deal but it has a few problems that I hope you guys can help me with.
1-Egr pipe going to top of intake has a rubber hose joining it together doesn't look factory to me and its completely collapsed?
2-Anybody know where I can get the bracket that holds the cruise control module up under the drivers side frame rail?

Can you post a pic of the EGR?? And as far as the bracket you will probably have to go to the dealer for that or call up SDPC, they are a sponsor look to the right.
