Smoking after LT install???

Smoking after LT install??? Just installed Pacesetter LT's and ORY, and now I notice that when I start the car it gives out a nice puff of white smoke, and idles that way for a few minutes. Also smokes a little while driving, I know it's running a little bit rich but is this normal?

no cats , cool air, its normal just condensation on the inside of the pipes. 
if you still had cats itd stop most of it there w/o cats it will smoke on cold starp up nothing to worry about . a tune will fix the ricness for ya
