About to flush radiator, few questions.

Default About to flush radiator, few questions.

Actually, just one. I bought some Prestone 50/50 mix Dexcool from the parts store today. This is what i need, right?

Yes, and some distilled water. I used dexcool, but some recommend against it because it tends to gum up. A performance shop near where I live said they would not recommend dexcool, and that GM is going through a lawsuit over the use of dexcool.

You dont need to add water since its 50/50.

You don't NEED to add water, but I don't like a 50/50 mix personally.

I guess it would depend alot on the climate but, 50/50 is a pretty safe bet. what do you like to run?
