Default manual fan switch problems

I justgot my manual fan switch and I am running it through the hole in the firewall by the pcm. How do you get off the panel inside the car, below the glove box to get the wire through

There are 2 or 3 of those plastic push-pin fastener things that hold it on, I just pryed them out part way and cut them off. You should be able to find new same type fasteners at a parts place. I hate those things, guess that's the cheapest way they could do it.

I didn't take my panel off. I just pushed it back some. I placed a flashlight where the pcm goes so the light would shine through the hole. Then I went under the glovebox and pushed the panel back until I could see the light coming from the firewall hole and then pulled the wire through.

youll have to bend the panel a little bit to get it out also. where the plastic clips go in, there will be some black tabs that come off the panel. youll have to bend it to get these enough room to clear, then it will come out.
