Default Fixin to install headers..any tips? also need code info..

ok hopefully wednesday my pacesetter headers will be here along with my ory pipe..i got the headers w/o the emissions fittings so im taking the air pump out, and being my car is a 2002 i dont have the egr..i will have a friend helping and he do have access to a lift which is good...i was wanderin if there was any tips on installing these..also what size are the header bolts if anyone knows? and also what is the code number for turning off the air pump and the rear 02's...and how do u think pacesetters with an offroady-pipe and corsa catback will sound? thanks!

Metric gear wrenches are your friend. I think the header bolts are 10mm - if not 10mm they are 8mm.

Oh and as for the 2nd question - how will the set up sound? Loud - very loud. I love my set up though - just be ready - a quick rev sounds like a gunshot! No drone at all in the interior.
