Default Power steering GONE!

Ok...please no told ya so's. I know...I know...don't ever buy extended warranty insurance. Especially from Carmax.

So I got my car worked on to fix a window motor that died and when I get my car, the steering wheel doesn't turn! Any idea what they might have screwed up to have this happen!? The wheel turns as if everything is off. You can kind of muscle it enough to turn, but the power steering is definitely not working/messed up. It's not permanently locked. I have no idea what they could have done to mess up the steering when fixing the driver side window motor and regulator. Any ideas?! TIA.

I just wanna drive my car again!!

Yeah, a power window should not have any effect on your steering. Maybe it was just time for it to go. Do you see any fluid dripping out of the unit?

If u just take the belt off and grab on to the power steering pulley and pull toward the front of the car, if it comes out u broke the shaft at the impeller inside the pump. I have replaced about 25 of them in the past year on all kinds of camaros and trans am's.
