If yo have a bolt on car with a LS-1 intake, then the 78mm might be the way to go if you never plan on upgrading. If you think you can use the potential of the 90 later on down the road, just keed the LS-6 intake and buy the 90 later when it's needed.

Exactly. The 90 is worthless on a bolt-on car. It will work but not any better than a LS6, just aint worth the money.

I had the LS6 on my car...With swapping headers to the Edelbrock Victor Race headers, with 3.5" duals and this intake I picked up 40+ all over the curve...To say it doesnt pick up over the ls6 would be an understatement because I had Hooker LT's and 3" duals before with the LS6.

Just FWIW.

Don't think that came out quite the way you wanted it to. Is your car modded beside the Lt's??

Im stating that when i changed from Hooker LT's 3" duals with my ls6 intake, to the FAST 78, Edelbrck race stepped headers and 3.5" duals i gained 40+all over the curve...the exhaust flowed very well before and flows a little better now...So yes it was worth it to me...The cam never changed.

Car was making 350ish before and made 396 at peak after all the swapping at the same time.
