Kent-Moore sells the only LS1 specific one (that I know of anyway). It's about $80. I myself prefer the $4 punch from Sears as my locking tool.

You're looking for the Kent Moore flywheel tool. Do a search.....there's several posts about it. I think you have to buy it directly from Kent Moore....or just stick a chisel or something in the flywheel. Works like a charm.
