Default misfire on the right bank????

My car is showing misfires. they are primarily on the passenger side, cyls 2,4,6,8.

What would be the likely cause and what to look for?

Check the plug wires first.

having the same problem on my #6. I changed the plug wires, and my car ran better than it ever had before, but only for about 10 min. Every time the car is shut off, then restarted, it does it again. The real puzzle is that it does not continue to do it. It only misfires and stumbles for anywhere from a few seconds to about a minute, then it clears up and drives fine till the next time it is shut off and restarted. WTF?! Plug looked good, and it seems too inconsistant to be the coil, or a vacuum leak from the intake. I do know that my EGR is leaking, but I plan on fixing that soon by means of deletion.

I would have to say that it seems like if it is everytime that you cut it off and restart that it would have to be something in the ecm when it loses it switched power. Like it loses its memory.?

Just a sugg. to look into
