Default Rust plugging up cats?

My coated headers are very rusty after 2 years or so. Does the rust clog up the cats? these are high flow cheapies that came with the LTs

I guess the only way to tell is to take them off and blow into the cats; right?

...this blows!

I wouldn't think your headers are rusted on the inside unless they sat for a long time with condensation on the inside. My stock manifolds were rusted to **** on the outside, but looking inside of them there wasn't any rust at all.

I see that you are running the flp's Ihave the same header set-up.
Question for did your noise level increase after a short while 100 miles or so?

I would guess that if they were rusting on the inside and rust flakes fell that would clog the small honeycomb holes of the ceramic.
