Default Lid to TB coupler (NO MAF)

Any one happen to have a part number for a Lid to TB coupler (both stock sizes) for me? I need to get the MAF out of the way, just taking up room now.
I'm guessing a slight 30* bend but what sizes?

I bought a section of 4" inside diameter silicone hose from nasty nate. It fits over the outside of the lid and the stock size opening on the TB. I cut it at an angle on the TB.

the hose is straight. I just cut it at an angle at the TB. Silicone hose is very plyable and works great for this
