Default SES Light From AIR! Removel Question

ok so i took off my air! system off my 02 ls1 i have full exhaust and no cats so i dont need it. I also read that when you take it off its going to cause the SES light but would go away after a week or two. well 3 weeks later the light is still on any thoughts its really annoying just looking at it

I don't think it will go away. Pretty sure you will need someone to delete the codes.

And the lesson here? Don't believe everything you read on the internet.

You will need someone with a Tech2 or EFILive to delete the codes.

You need to have the AIR codes deleted, along with the post cat codes if not done already.
