Default I got a question about my 99 SS

My car just hit 52k mi and I was wondering if I needed to change anything like spark plugs or o2's...So what do you guys think?

If its doesnt need it, dont worry about it. Thats low miles still, so if your gas mileage is fine, and runs fine, I wouldnt mess with it.

I'd pull a couple plugs just for the heck of it. See what they look like, what the gap is, what they are, etc.

I second that. Also, remember that O2 sensors degrade over time...they don't usually just crap out. Consider changing them by 60K regardless, IMO.

Something not being needed has not stopped a lot of forum members from doing it.

If you get an itch to wrench, plugs are a good thing to do. Changing your fluids is easy and always a good thing. O2 sensors are kind of expensive and you don't need them yet, probably.

Fuel filter, Rear Dif Fluid, Trans fluid and filter (if an A4), Flush the radiator and replace the coolant, New spark plugs, Top engine cleaner, Fuel injector cleaner…. Lots of stuff to do to if you want to keep things at top performance.
