Default Which intake manifold ls6 or weiland

Was wondering which is the better manifold. I try to keep things cool w/ the coated headers and 160 stat w/ the tune to kick the fans on early.

So heat soaking shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Which manifold flows better? Does anyone know hp numbers?

Any help appreciated.

Considering you should already have the LS6 Intake, keep that. The only worthwhile upgrade would be the LSX 90mm.

I personally wouldn't change. The only reason I'm swapping my LS6 intake for the Weiand is so I can polish it like the rest of the motor. Otherwise it would be a downgrade.(Performance wise)

They both flow the same as the Weiand was designed off of the LS6. The Weiand however, offers additional portability, direct port for nitrous and yes, a nice bling option .

Soon, the 'heat soaking bracket racer' crowd will be around to talk you out one and all of the 1-2hp loss you'll get from this mystery . Personally, if you're not opting to do any of the above, keep the LS6.
