Default magnaflow louder

i took out the i pipe from my magnaflow catback so it sounds louder the only tyhing hanging is the muffler and thepipes together so i dont get stop by a cop. anyways i just wanted to know if thats safe to my engine and myself

hey man how you like those pacesetters i was thinking of buying them cause the kooks are expensive hows the sound with the magnaflow since we got the same exhaust and the power

Yes, it is safe. Basically you're just running an open Y-pipe and the Magnaflow is not even doing anything anymore (except hanging there). So of course it will "get louder".
