Cats and Fuel lines

Cats and Fuel lines I know that the cats get really hot. But will it be alright to put the driver's side cat right on the header collector where the fuel lines are an inch or so above them running on the floorboard? The stock heatshields will be inplace too. Will it be safe?

guess so. i think my first catted Ypipe w/ headers ran the cats close the fuel lines w/o heatsheilds. but those cats were carsounds and had their own heat sheilds. The cats i'm runnin in this setup are the RT 7000 bullet series. Oh well ... guess i'll just have to keep an eye on everything after they're on
