My stock clamp fit just fine.
I guess I don't know why you would need to know the size of the IAT hole, mine just had one in it.
I purchased a new IAT and grommet so I could just swap between the two and not damage either one.
It took some doin to get em both in there but it went in just fine.

Hey man, check this install writeup out...
The good people at installuniversity have put together good instructions on this.
There the ones I used.

I used the band clamp off of my stock airbox onto the new air lid.
Worked just fine. If it makes any difference I just got the cheapest black MTI lid, not the carbon looking one or the clear one.

About your IAT hole, I don't know what to tell you, I imagine it would have come with one. If it really didn't maybe shoot MTI an email and ask if something got missed. If it turns out you have to make your own hole... sheesh, I guess I would rather melt a hole rather than drill. Don't want to crack the lid.
As far as the sise, I wouldn't be able to tell you, take a look at your stocker I suppose.

Good luck,
DJ
